What's the worst thing you can do to a bacon cheeseburger? Forget the bacon. I ordered through Grub Hub yesterday. Upon receiving my order, I was quite dismayed to find my bacon cheeseburger to be quite baconless. I called immediately and the manager I spoke with offered to, ..."cook up some bacon and send it out," or give me a credit. I declined on having bacon sent out since my burger probably would not have been warm by the time I received it. I did accept the offer of the credit, though the manager didn't state whether it was a credit for just the bacon or the entire burger. I really didn't care either way since I ate the baconless burger. As of today, no credit. Just a thought though, perhaps it would be better from a customer service perspective to offer to remake the entire dish rather than just offering the missing ingredient, especially when it's for delivery. I would have been happy to return the one that had already been delivered.

Good place to have drinks. Food is just OK. Biggest issue I have there is they over serve patrons and they get really drunk and loud. Some bartenders are awesome while the others spend more time socializing than serving drinks

59 cents were excellent and larger than most places. Sat at the bar Service a little slow. But food good

No reason to go. Grew up on Chasers in Niles so i was excited to try it out. Don't bother. The bartenders were friendly but did not want to be there at 7pm on a saturday night. Nachos came out with cheese and just chicken instead of beans, like requested. But that was it. No salsa, sour cream or guac on the side.. ordered wraps and asked for the soup to go. Wraps were fine but came with no side. When i got the bartenders attention for the check, she forgot we asked for the soup to go and so did i by then. Very disappointed.

The food was horrible. I ordered wings and a burger and it came with soup (for some reason). The wings were the highlight of the meal, and they were marginally tasty at best. My buddy ordered fried shrimp and it was bland and probably a little undercooked. If a sports bar with cute waitresses in tight, skimpy outfits is only maybe half full on a Friday night...well I guess the clues were there from the start.

It's a sports bar. Having all the TVs is great and great angles to many of them. So coming here for the game would be good. The food here really leaves something to be desired. Burgers are worse than McDonalds. Fries were cold. They'd be better dropping the kitchen and making it just a bar.

Love the owner (Maria). It's just a shame the service is okay, at best. One bartender today, focusing only on her friends at one end of the bar. We are, of course at the other. I see why they're only 2 1/2 stars.

I was really looking forward to having a new sports bar in Lake Zurich. I have been there once and will not be back again. The service was sub-par. For a place that had three bartenders behind the bar and not a packed house for a Friday night at 10:00 p.m. you would think you would get good service. We sat at the bar. A female bartender came over and greeted us and offered to get us a drink. I asked for the drink menu to look at their beers. She came back over and gave us a sample of a tap beer, but then never checked back with us to order. We finally flagged down another bartender and ordered. Later we flagged the same female bartender down to ask her if they got the pay per view MMA fights. She said she didn't know.... she made no offer to go ask a manager until I pressed her. She walked away and didn't come back with the answer. I had to flag her down again about 10 minutes later to get the information out of her. While we were there we were not offered any menus or asked if they could get us anything else. We finally gave up and left after paying what I consider an extraordinary price for 2 draft beers.

I went there with a friend sat us at a table by the bar the waitresses were too busy to serve us because they were too busy talking to their friends at the bar. The manager came by and I practically had to grab him by his arm to stop at our table even though I knew he heard me. We asked if he could get us a waitress to serve us and turned to me and said he would see what he could do. After he left we saw him standing at the bar doing nothing (it would of been nice that if he wasn't doing nothing that he could of gotten us drinks). After 20 minutes of waiting we were talking to a couple at the next table and they said that the manager was probably doing us a favor because their food came cold and they said it was over priced and didn't even taste good. We just got up and left and complained to someone on the way out about the manager to find out that he's also the owner's son, Papa has to be so proud we'll never go back. I wish yelp would let you comment on a place without giving any stars because this place didn't even deserve the one star that I had to give them to post this comment.....

No stars! Orders super nachos. Over priced to begin with and was absolutely terrible. You get better nachos at Taco Bell!

Went here for a birthday lunch and it was just ok. The nachos were served on an awkward oval plate and hard to eat. My husband had a burger which he thought was awful. My mom and grandmother had sandwiches that were also just "eh". The place is kinda cool with lots of tv's and an industrial feel. I can see liking this place if you go to drink and get appetizers and watch sports. Other than that, there are better places in LZ to eat. Also, my mother doesn't do yelp reviews but I feel it's worth mentioning - my folks ordered delivery once and didn't hear anything for an hour (they were told 30 min). So they call and their order still hadn't been made! So my mom told them to forget it. The person at Chasers assured them their order will be delivered in 15-20min. So the guy shows up with food and gives them the wrong order! She told him forget it and he insisted to just take the food for free. Never again will they eat there, nor will I. Someone I know said their Greek pizza is amazing but I'm not giving this place any of my time or money. Too bad cuz from the road it looks decent :(

This was a disappointing dining experience. Came here instead of TGIFridays and won't come back. The special soup, clam chowder, was almost cold and our waitress thanked us for telling her so she could let the kitchen know! No apology or replacement bowl offered. The philly cheese steak sandwich had something gooey and unappetizing they were passing off as mozzarella cheese and the fries were ice cold on everyone's plate. We couldn't even get refills on our drinks.

Fun packed place to watch a hawks game. Plenty of flat screens so you won't miss a second. Service was fast and very friendly. I ordered the spicy calamari appetizer. All it was was traditional fried calamari tossed in buffalo sauce. Unfortunately it was server under cooked and I had to send it back. They were nice about it and the second order was better. Not sure if I'll be back for the food but fun place to grab a beer.

Philly cheese steak is awesome. Best one in Chicago suburbs. Every thing else was fantastic including the service. The atmosphere is also very nice.

  • Shan N.

This place has great pizza!!! If you come here for a pizza and beer you will not be disappointed. It's a little more than a TGIFridays or Chilis but it's a different experience. I recommend the Greek pizza. They also do an average pour for wine and beer.

I stopped in here to catch the Blackhawk game. Wow, this place was crowded, lively and full of energy. The food was decent and the prices fair. I will stop by again.

  • Mick B.

Nothing horrible to report but nothing outstanding either... very average. Monday night 1/2 price pizza night; don't mean to be rude but that's the right price for this quality of pizza. I felt it was only about a notch above cooking a frozen 'za at home. Improving the crust and adding a bit more sauce would make a noticable difference. Note that monday is also $3 PBR 16 oz Tall Boy night, there were other drink specials on a chalk board but our waitress didn't bother to tell us about them. Lots of screens- plenty to see... isn't that why most people go to a sports bar? The only real plus here that I could see.

I haven't been here in over ten years since it was an Italian restaurant, so I have been wanting to check this place out. We walked in & were seated in a booth. The place looked really good inside & had tv's every where. They also had a few really big screens playing hockey or baseball. We ordered some potato skins & buffalo wings. The server was nice when she took our orders. It took about ten minutes to get a water & two iced teas. The food arrived about 30 minutes later. The first bite of the potato skin I took was terrible it was hard & tasted like it hadn't been cooked but after that first potato skin they were delicious. My wings on the other hand were not so good. They came out cold. It took 10 minutes of me trying to find a waiter to tell her they were cold as well. The wings came back out & even though they still weren't that hot they were better. The hot sauce flavor on the wings was pretty tastey as well. Overall the place looked good, the staff was nice, the service was slow & the food was ok. I will go here again & give this place another try.

Place and service was nice.. Food was EEK and abnormally overpriced for it quality and quantity.

Not as good as the Niles location when Nick ran it. Food is good but the staff and service suck. I've had delivery from them for two years and now I'm suddenly to far for them to deliver. Guess they don't want my business. Save your money and find a new bar.

I want to like and enjoy this bar so much since it's one of the only in the immediate area, but every visit just leaves me disappointed. Pros: -Decently priced drinks. -TONS of TVs Cons: -Service just leaves something to be desired. Whatever is on the bartender and server's phone just seems way more interesting and important than serving customers. -I heard a manager have to tell his bartenders to put their hair up (health code...) to watch them put it up and then take it back down as soon as we walked away. -Ordered chicken quesadillas that came out with NO chicken and honestly smelled like seafood. -Meals are served with soup. I just don't get it. I understand soup possibly being a starter, but not the side that I get with my meal. I'd much prefer veggies, fries, fruit...something else! In my opinion they need to do a staff overhaul. They need employees that are actually willing to do their job instead of just putting up with kitchen and front of house staff that just does everything half-a$$ed.

Poor service. Bad food. Overpriced. I had ordered takeout from Chasers once about a year ago and thought the food was kinda gross but recently my mom convinced me to order a gyros plate with her because she had a taste for it. We ordered 1 gyros plate with an extra side of fries. I was told it would take 15 minutes. I walked into the restaurant after 20 minutes and was told the food was still not ready. I proceeded to wait another 15 minutes! That's 35 minutes for 1 meal and the only hot item in the meal was meat. What took SO long?? Let me add that there was NOBODY eating in the restaurant and only about 7 people in the bar. When the food finally came it ended up costing $16.00 for one gyros plate and a fry! After we got home we realized they forgot the extra fry I ordered. Oh and the gyros plate...kinda gross.

We've driven by so many times and finally decided to check the place out. What a mistake that was. At first we were put in the worst spot in the place...the back room. There were not a lot of people in the place so we asked to be moved to a table in the main bar area. They were accommodating and moved us. That's the only nice thing I have to say. Once we got settled it took the waitress 30 min to get our drinks. The iced tea pitcher was sitting on the bar! We ordered a small pizza with mushrooms and steak quesadillas. When we got our food, the pizza was mushroomless and the so called steak quesadillas were greasy and the edges were dry...steak I don't think so...more like ground beef. Our waitress stated we could eat the mushroomless pizza and they were making the mushroom to go. My mom went to put a little pepper on her slice, the cap of the pepper shaker was not screwed on properly and the slice of pizza had a mound of pepper! The manager was walking by and when my mom showed him the mess he laughed and said "the old pepper trick" no apology and walked away. That was the end for us! We will never be back to Chasers again. We were so disappointed in the service, the pricing and the quality of food.

Brutal. Expensive and bad food. Some of the worst pizza I've ever had. Very generic and boring "sports bar".

    (1)
  • James L.

Sandwiches are expensive and come a la carte. For example, my Philly cost $10 and I had to order a side of fries in addition. The food was average, but for the price, I really expected more. They've done a good job remodeling the place. It's decorated nice (although very dark even during the day) and there are plenty of TVs to watch any sport you want. Nice large bar and fairly attentive wait staff. However, drinks were also expensive. $3 PBR cans were their special and cheapest beer they had. Regular bottles were around $6. I really wanted to like this place because it's only 5 minutes from my house, looks nice, and there's a serious lack of bars in Lake Zurich, but man, paying this much for mediocrity isn't going to be bringing me back through the door. Downtown Chicago prices, average food at best, and nothing to really set it apart -- no thanks.

I have given this place three chances and each was not a good experience. Food and drinks are very over priced for what the place is. Staff is busy texting and talking to co workers. During my most recent visit, I ordered soup, a sandwich and fries. My soup was forgotten, and the fries didn't come out until five min after the sandwich. Not to mention I could have counted the number of occupied tables on one hand at this time. I would have love to have a place close to home to relax and have a drink, but I can't justify spending another penny here.

  • Gordon F.

This has to be the sports bar of sports bars. And that's what it is, a great sports bar Great looking, and the tv's are always in your line of sight and you don't miss a thing.e I thought the food was outstanding. The wings can't be beat and the same for the Italian Beef and Philly Cheese Steak. The staff couldn't have been more friendly. Again it's a great sports bar. It's brand new and I am sure there are thing that must be improved. But it's certainly worth a visit. .

Hooters wanabe. Half dressed waitresses. Limited menu. Prices kinda high. Food nowhere as good as the old Yogi's used to be. I want Yogi's back!

    (2)
  • Gia S.

The wait staff is fairly inexperienced but to be expected in a new sports bar restaurant. Food was not good at all, we had the steak nachos for $12.00 and it was plain tortilla chips with a small amount of steak and cheese wiz (who puts cheese wiz on nachos!) and beans, is was really bad! Also had the chicken pita sandwich which was very bland tasting. Not worth a revisit

  • Vicki K.

Went on a Friday night.....not as busy as a sports bar/grill should be, but nonetheless....I had a Patty Melt and it was very good.....my husband had the philly cheese steak and it was huge....we both took home leftovers. The service was great from a cute and friendly waitress (Bri). I don't understand all the complaints....no, it's not gourmet food, but that's not what one should expect from a sportsbar. I also don't understand the complaints about cost....seems standard for me, unless one was expecting to pay Dollar Value Menu prices from McDonalds. The only bad part was the soup of the day, which was clam chowder......too thin...and no taste or evidence of clams...tasted more like chicken soup, but also tried the french onion soup, which was very good.

food was ok but overpriced. A sandwich adding fries and a beer $20! Wonder what will fill this space next. Visit Scoreboard in dt lz

This is a response to Katie M. questioning the number of first time reviews. I can't speak for everyone but for me this was the first time in my life that I felt strongly enough about a bad experience to write a review. The food flat out sucks, is overpriced and bland. The experience has obviously left a bitter taste in my mouth (I'm back again).

    (1)
  • Jeff Z.

yea, Lake Zurich really needed a good sports bar outside of the basic BWW type bar. It still does. The beers are overpriced, Philly cheese is good, but the meat doesnt go to the end of the roll, kinda dry, but good. No sides that was stated above which was weird and when i wanted a tablespoon of mayo to put on the sandwich, they charged me .59..... say what? the waitresses are more interested in hanging by the hostess stand and the loudmouth bartender girl with glasses was obnoxious and obviously overcompendating for the hot one that worked with her that nite. Has potential, but needs work and needs to use fresh ingrediants for their food items

  • Kd B.

this place was DIRTY. when I arrived multiple workers were standing around talking to each other- and then most clocked out and proceeded to get drunk at the bar. The bar was THE MOST DISGUSTING THING I HAVE EVER SEEN! the bathrooms were cleaner than the bar! Food/ garbage thrown on the floors & bartenders texting. absolutely horrific. I will never go back. $5 well drinks- too rich for my blood!

Nice place, fun - good food, music and plenty of TVs to watch favorite sports or videos. Service was friendly, we felt welcome. We will be back!

TL;DR SPORTS extravaganza! Lots of Blackhawks fans, plenty of TVs, decent food, cheap beer, some good craft offerings We went for game 5 of the Stanley Cup finals, got in early enough to secure a table, among the table we had cosmos, white wine, miller lite, rebel ipa, anti-hero ipa, they were all cold and surprisingly fast for how busy it was. They had $4 pints of anti-hero and $8 pitchers of miller lite, a few other specials. We started with the nachos, the steak was great, they were loaded with toppings, these things were on point. The crispy chicken salad was standard but good, the wrap was good, the burritos are HUGE for the $. We cheered along with hundreds of other fans throughout the whole game, it was an excellent evening. The Hawks win didn't hurt either!

  • Andrew N.

Really good wings. Jumbo size not the small wings you see at other places. Good service really friendly. Not to busy on a Friday night plenty of seating available. Lots of tvs everywhere and slot machines in the back. I didn't play them but saw others enjoying them. Overall if your looking for a sports bar with a lot of tvs and great wings come here

    (5)
  • Michael M.

I want to add that on the wings, the L part of the wing with no meat was cold, but the main wing area was pretty warm. After watching the TV show Bar Rescue, it really makes me wonder what the kitchen looks like. My wife and I were sitting by the window and it was freezing cold. I saw another Yelper felt the same about it being cold.

    (2)
  • Bonnie M.

When the waitress uses the bottle opener that is wedged in the back of her daisy dukes to open my beer it's time for me to move on. Ugh.

  • Jesse C.

My wife and I live right down the street from this place and had been eagerly awaiting it's opening as the Lake Zurich area was in desperate need of a bar that stayed open late. Although we weren't disappointed by our experience it wasn't anything great either. Food was ok but well overpriced for what it was and the sandwiches did not come with any sides at all, not even a simple bag of chips or pickle! I had the Philly cheesesteak which I heard was supposed to be one of their best dishes. Coming from Philly I can definitely say that this was not bad but also not that close to the real thing. My wife had a buffalo chicken wrap which was much better. The beer list was adequate but again overpriced. $6-$7 for a pint of beer in a suburb is a bit much in my opinion. I think this place will do well judging by the crowds that are there and will become even more popular come football season with their large number of flat screens.

    (3)
  • Katie M.

As of July 5, 2013 lots of negative reviews from Yelpers who have only have one review on record (for this restaurant). Seems a bit fishy to me, but hey....onto my review. Chasers is a sports bar with enough televisions to ensure that you'll never miss your favorite game. My hubby's pizza was perfectly cooked and my Philly cheesesteak actually rivaled a few of the heavenly c'steak masterpieces that I've consumed in downtown Philly. I was a bit disappointed that I didn't get a side with my foot long sandwich but considering I couldn't finish it due to size, getting a side would've been simply gluttonous. Prices are reasonable and service was good. One complaint...the waitresses at Chasers are young, beautiful and certainly have great bods but are the skimpy shorts and low cut tank tops really necessary?

Stopped in for lunch. One of my favorite burgers. And I'm picky. Lunch service was good even in early afternoon when some places can slack.

  • Harley P.

Soccer! F1! That's about all I know about sports... But the screens are full of everything at any hour. Oh yes, and the food? All very good. Grinders, Pizza, Wraps, Soups, Salads.... Enjoy some great beers too.

    (4)
  • Wayne K.

The only reason Chaser's gets 2 stars is because the waitresses have been good. We got "super nachos" a few weeks back. Seriously guys?? That was AWFUL.... The pizza was blah. The beer was cold and the hard alchol was fine but that's it. The ambiance is good with all the TV's. Just get someone that knows what they're doing with the food!!

    (2)
  • Kristin B.

Positives: clean, friendly staff, more TVs than you can imagine, quick service Negatives: over-priced, freezing, bland food *Also... sandwiches don't come with any side? - Other places in the area with quality food at a cheaper price*

Waste of $$. I expected it to either be savory bar food or at least comparable quality to Champs but neither one was the case. I asked the server what they were known for and she recommended subs so I ordered a reuben to be safe. The bread was over toasted (yes, toasted) and the meat was dry. There wasn't any thousand island dressing on the sandwich (or maybe it burned off from the sub being over cooked) so I asked for a side of ranch to help choke it down. Thank god I asked for melted cheese on our cheese fries otherwise it would've been the nasty liquid nacho cheese they use at cheap stands. The Southwestern Pizza was too sweet and we would've been better off with a $10 pizza from pizza hut. The best thing we had all night were our beers but it was completely over priced. Overall the atmosphere is on par with most sports bars but the food was way too expensive for the quality. May return for drinks only if there's something on special out the food is not worth a single dollar.

First time here, ordered Philly cheese steak sub.....it says includes soup....never came. SWEETY ordered chicken burrito .....no soup received either. Philly came out piping hot and good, burrito came out lukewarm and just blah.... Service was good though. Will give this place another shot for a final review.

Waste of Time & $$$$ ! I get it: men, sports, alcohol, lots of TV's, cute little waitresses. But if you're serving food other than chips, make it good! I ordered a Grey Goose Mandarin Orange with lemonade, tall. I knew we were in trouble when the really cute littlle waitress gave me a Grey Goose (not orange), IN orange juice WITH lemonade........huh? After a couple 'giggles', she got it right. My husband, with a beer, ordered a skirt steak.....nice piece, cooked perfect med. rare.....but someone covered it in salt! It was painfull. My Caesar/grilled chicken/salad was bland & wet. So much water on the lettuce, whatever dressing was on it (if any) slid off & left me with watery lettuce & bland chicken. All this for over $40!!! Too bad. It's only 5 minutes away! AND, the girls look out-of-place in this cold weather wearing short-shorts & tank tops! This isn't California, guys! Put them in leggings or yoga pants with a tight, unzipped hoodie over the tanks............they were freezing the night we walked in! So was I, and I was wearing a jacket, sweater & jeans! They can still look sexy and clothed at the same time!

I wish this place would remembered that sport fans inhabit sport bars. When I walk in I think I'm in Vegas bar because it is that original. It is so close to home I feel like I have travelled far. We come here to get away and to watch our local teams play no matter their record. This place is my hangout and I wish sports came first.

First of all I want to say that they have some of the very best pizza around. We order it well done and it is delicious, great crust, not too much sauce, good cheese and quality ingredients. We were there on 1/2 price pizza night which is Monday - this is my 4th time here and every time the service is sub-par. Not attentive, took 1/2 hour to get pizza, did not pay attention to our needs and had to ask for things twice. It was pretty empty. The other items on the menu do seem expensive considering they are ala carte. They should start delivering pizza. since the service seems to be consistently poor. I see a manager walking around basically doing nothing, so I am not sure what his role is???

I was sorry to see Yogi's go as it was one of my favorite neighborhood restaurants, but I will say I was very pleasantly surprised with Chasers Sports bar and grill. It just opened recently in Lake Zurich, but I understand they have another branch in Niles, IL. I have never been to that one. So, my review is purely based on the one in Lake Zurich, IL. Atmosphere: When you walk you, I found it to be very clean and inviting. There are MANY large flat screen TV's showing every sport possible. The tables and booths are comfortable and the central bar area is very nice. Food and Drink: They have a very wide selection on the menu, and I understand it is still growing. They definitely need some pasta choices. That said, the food my wife and I ordered was superb. I had a Philly Cheese steak and my wife had the steak burrito. They were both fantastic and very large. Also, there wings and curly fries are great as well. And, I love pitchers of beer, and they have them. Service: Service is often overlooked and is so important. Yet, here the service was great as well. Our server was very friendly and provided us the appropriate attention - was there when I needed something, but did not hover over us the whole time. Overall: I will definitely be going back and as of now, I would highly recommend this place. I have only been there once, but it made such a good impression on me, I had to write a review. I just hope it stays good.

We live in the area and decided to give Chaser's a try. They have a good selection of beers, so things looked promising. As in any sports bar there are tons of TVs. From my seat I could see 12 - 8 of them had the same ballgame?! I asked the waitress and she said they didn't have many stations to choose from - really?! It went down hill from there. I asked what she recommended and was told the Philly Cheese steak was good, so I ordered it. Not so good - there were more onions and sauce than meat - the flavor was mediocre at best. When the waitress asked me how I liked my sandwich, I told her. The reply was too bad and she turned and walked away. Wow, not the reaction I expected. My wife had the chicken version and she was not impressed with her meal either. 3 beers and 2 sandwiches for over $40. Poor sandwiches and service means we won't be back. There are other places nearby that provide a much better experience.

I love the ambiance if you just want to hang out. Their food is just okay. I only gave it 3 stars because they're a little pricey and there's nothing special about their food. It tastes very ordinary. The calamari that we ordered was salty and the sauce tastes like the marinara sauce that you readily buy at grocery stores. Not made from scratch. But if you just want to de-stress yourself, then this is a good place to go.

We had our wedding rehearsal dinner at Chasers and of course, the blackhawks had a playoff game. Going in, we already knew that it would be busy and loud due to the Blackhawks, but there was nothing we could do. The server we had was VERY accommodating!! She was quick to get drinks and special orders and kept coming up to me as the Bride and making sure everything was ok. We had the unlimited pizza and salad option and the pizzas took a bit to come out of the oven after the first 3 were taken by the party, but the waitress was able to add in an extra pizza to feed the room. The pizzas weren't ground breaking, but they were very good for regular pizza. The sauce wasn't too spicy and everyone left full and we had extras to take home! They even had these brownie bites at the end which were AMAZING. I don't know if you can order them off the menu, but holy good god, they were awesome! All the men who were there were happy that there were SEVERAL TV's with different sports going on, so they could enjoy the rehearsal dinner, but still stay up on their sports. Overall, I would completely recommend this as an option in the Lake Zurich area for a wedding rehearsal dinner or a party space if you are looking for a more relaxed atmosphere where beer and pizza. Thank you Chasers!!!

Unfortunately my husband and I keep going back because we want this place to succeed, bad service every time! The "manager" with goatee and mustache does nothing but hold up the wall and unless you are a male patron you will NOT get served.

Decent food, easy on the eyes help, decent beer lineup for a sports pub, and good game area with this insanely huge Big Buck Hunter game. No surprises here ... it's a pretty typical suburban mall sports bar like Bud's (is that even in business?), Rookies and the others.

Had high hopes for this place. Spur of the moment visit left us very disappointed. I should have known when we walked into this huge restaurant that only had 10 people in it, that it was a mistake. There were tons of giant tvs, which gave it the one star, but the appetizers were tasteless and service was slow. Will not be returning!

So I went into Chasers on Saturday night. Towards the end of the night I asked for my bill. I was presented a bill for $7. Then I was talking to some ladies and paid for a couple of shots having a good time. They give me the bill for that. Then they give me another bill for $93. Where did that come from? I originally asked for my bill and they give me the bill for $7. I give a big tip cause me being in the restaurant business myself I know bartenders are giving so much to comp a night. I tried talking to the guy and telling him that's not right for the bartenders to do that. He gave me some BS line. Never again will I go in there. Scandalous if you ask me.
